Reports
This section contains topical reports on different areas of constitutional design, with both descriptive data on trends across time and space, as well as sample provisions from constitutional texts that illustrate different approaches to drafting. The objective is to provide drafters with a menu of design options that have appeared in historical and contemporary constitutions. The production of these reports is ongoing and the researchers release new reports periodically as they become available. All data and analyses are from the Comparative Constitutions Project.
Some of the issues that are discussed in these reports are also discussed in the forum, where you can comment on both the forum posts and the reports if you wish. Alternatively, if you have comments on the reports or there are reports you would like added to this page, you can contact the researchers.
